Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in University Park

Wasn’t this place supposed to be fast food restaurant with a good customer services? This chickfila was the worst chickfila that I’ve been to. Had terrible food service + and food quality.

I had to wait for my to get my order for 20min just because the workers were busy chatting with their coworkers. There were about five workers at around 130pm today watching the counter. They made me to wait so long, so one of a white guy with brown hair, the one who took my order, checked what is going on with my chicken strips, and his coworker said they are “working on” my order.

Meanwhile, the rest of the other workers were giggling around, and it turned out that the cook did not even get the order, so I just had to wait for no reason.

If they checked at least once with the cook, I wouldn't have to wait that long. I guess they just had a busy lunch hour so they wanted to take a break, and I had to sacrifice my precious lunch break for them?

Also I got my food and my food taste super old. I thought I had to wait so long because they were out of fries and stripes, but they already had it and it tastes like it was cooked about 5hrs ago.

All I wanted to do was grabbing my food in a fast food restaurant and get back to work. I don’t think I will go to other chickfila from now on until that place is no longer college freshman’s hang out spot, but an actual restaurant where i can...

I'm leaving this review because I really like this location and want to see things improved. This location used to be a really good Chick-fil-A but for some reason the quality has dropped off big time on the breakfasts in the last 6 to 12 months. The biscuits for the egg and cheese biscuit are horrible. They are not fluffy but rather very flat, hard and almost cardboard like. It may as well be a frozen biscuit. At first I thought it was an aberration but it's been like that now very regularly at this location for a long while. Just to double check myself I went to the CFA on Mockingbird by Love Field, and the breakfast biscuit sandwich was so much better. Night and day difference. I have also tried other locations outside of this area and again, so much better than this one on Hillcrest. I have also tried the breakfast burrito at this location, and it's better than the biscuit sandwich but often times the hash browns and sausage in it are clumped together on one end or the other rather than each being spread evenly through the burrito. Seems like there needs to be better preparation techniques and better managerial oversight of the preparation. On a good note, lunches are always good at...

Cannot express how disappointed I am with your service. I understand you’re busy, but you can be absolutely unaccommodating at times. I ordered on the app, which apparently makes me second class in your company’s eyes. I selected “complete my order,” which apparently does not actually complete your order. Nothing has been ordered. You have to scroll down, click into another line item and find the “I’m here” button. Only then does your order actually place and get shoved into the queue. Not intuitive.

Well I had someone picking up my order and they arrived at 10:30am on the dot. App shuts me out of breakfast orders, good luck, start over, your order is worthless now. I call the store and explain and the woman who answered, after 5 calls, explains that they stop breakfast at 10:30 am. I can buy what they have left, but only in person, I ask what they have and I’ll pay over the phone because someone is picking it up for me. She won’t do that for me. No option left for me to eat breakfast at all, too bad, better luck next time.
