Swirls Soft Serve — Restaurant in Upland

My mom and sister were craving something sweet, and they had a coupon for BOGO 50% off.

Parking: Plenty of spots. Free parking lot.

Ambiance/Environment: They have a small indoor space with a decent amount of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. It was clean inside, but some of the tables do need some attention.

Service: There were only two female workers, and they were simply quick & efficient. Throughput took about 8 minutes for both soft serves.

Soft serves: We got the large Cherry Bomb and Matchocolate from the swirls' specialty section. Presentation was definitely on point. The Cherry Bomb wasn't overwhelming sweet. It contained vanilla soft serve with a generous amount of strawberry drizzle and toppings. The Matchocolate was sweet. If you're a chocolate lover like me, then you'll really enjoy this. I thought the matcha soft serve was okay; it was bitter, but the sweet chocolate balanced it out.

Pricing: Prices are more than average. They do offer coupons and promos every once in a while, so I'd say it's worth it to treat yourself. If you get a large size, I highly recommend...

Very nice and patient staff while my little siblings were ordering and while I was relying what they wanted to order to the cashier. The cashier made sure my order was correct, and was very helpful with any questions we had being it was our first visit here. She had the patience to show us the menu, let us know the different sizes, toppings, and not once made us feel pressured which I appreciate so much. We had 6 different ice cream orders, all were correct. I glanced over while they were making the ice creams and they definitely made them with care, we got our ice cream swiftly as well. I wish I had gotten more photos of our order, but they definitely hooked it up on the toppings! The ice cream itself is really good, a great tasting soft serve way better than anything you can get at the grocery store.

My husband and I started coming here in Spring of 2024. There's ample parking in the plaza. They're located right next to The Habit and there are either stairs or a ramp that you can take to get up.

We've been here multiple times during the summer and came again just recently. Their soft serve is definitely a nice treat and plenty of toppings to pick from. My husband usually gets a dipped cone, but I like to keep it basic and will usually get vanilla soft serve, hot fudge and nuts (classic sundae) or I'll do half vanilla and half chocolate with a couple toppings. My husband got a caramel sundae the most recent time we came.

It's a cute little spot and there's tables inside. They'll put a couple tables and chairs outside too so when we have our dogs with us we've been able to sit outside with them. The owner has also brought up little cups of whipped cream for them which...
