Bloomingdale's — Local services in Upper Merion Township

Do not shop at Bloomingdale’s! As much as I wanted to stay a loyal customer and start shopping here again… I will NEVER again. They false advertised and lied. They destroyed my Christmas by guaranteeing items they did not have. I called to guarantee that the item would be on by Christmas, I then called gain and was told it was being shipped from NY, I then get an email the day before Christmas that my order was cancelled, and I would not get my refund for 5-7 days after christmas and they don’t offer store credit . This was a present ($700) for my mother, who is coming here from Florida and now won’t have a Christmas gift. After 5 hours on the phone today they insult me by offering $50 in loyalist rewards for the inconvienece. I am so over this, better customer service is given at...

This store is one of the few department stores left standing and rightfully so. It has a nice selection of inventory and sizes for men and women. The also have a fabulous jewelry and handbag department. Although the handbags have slipped a bit along with their shoe department. I like the shoe department in King of Prussia better. More selection and the bags are better. They carry some Eileen Fisher and Ralph Lauren along with Theory which always has some great styles. I always look forward to shopping at Bloomingdale's, especially with their fantastic sales on top brands. It's a great opportunity to get a deal on high-quality merchandise. During my last visit, I was particularly impressed with the diverse selections of perfume, sunglasses, bags, and shoes.
