I used to love shopping here and never had an issue until today that’s why I’m giving 3 stars. (To make it clear I work in this mall and I’m used to rude customers so I personally would never do anything rude at another store.) I told the workers at the register Kayla that I didn’t want these pants but I was buying something else and she snatched it out of my hand so hard that the sensor smacked my stomach. My girlfriend and I stopped at this location to shop today and experienced very rude and unprofessional staff. The dressing room attendant made my girlfriend uncomfortable because she was forced to keep the door wide open while showing clothes she had tried on because I was not allowed inside. While politely waiting outside the dressing room, an employee asked me to move into the retail space, insinuating that I was acting inappropriately by standing by the door.
