Update: Since I couldn't leave a new review I wanted to update this one. Jaden from the KOP store seriously couldn't have come into this shoppers life at a better time. While yes, I was in only a few weeks ago, ( today's date is 5/9/25) he texted me first to ask me if I loved the pair of shoes I had purchased which I said YES! Everyone loves them who sees them. The other day I texted Jaden and was inquiring if they had any nude pumps, as that is what I was in the market for. Not only did he text me back he sent me pics of several styles your store carries. I was ecstatic when I received this message. I immediately looked them over and a couple days later made my way right over. I did text him to make sure he was working first. We talked I asked to see two pairs that I had my eye on, but only needed to try on one pair bc I was in LOVE with the look and the fact it was a smaller heel and I could walk comfortably in them. (Also, Jaden noticed my hair was completely different which goes a long way since I am sure he sees many ppl everyday, meant the world to me and made me feel like a valued customer. Some thing you don't get much of anymore)Anyway, another FABULOUS experience at the KOP store. Please give Jaden a raise. He most certainly deserves it. I will NEVER buy any other shoe again bc Jimmy Choo's are so amazing and trust me I have many high end shoes and don't know why I waited so long to come to this brand. AMAZING. Thanks again Jaden. You rock! If I could give your store and Jaden another 5 stars I would. P.S. I had gotten there a little after 7 bc I didn't think to ask what time they closed, but he saw me and let me in which is amazing customer service. :-)

I was in the KOP store on 4/30/25 and I was just looking around but was greeted by your wonderful associate Jaden who asked me if I needed help. I told him I was just looking around and he said if I needed any help to let him know. While looking around for a bit I found a fabulous pair of white and pink sneakers you all had and I immediately asked Jaden if they had them in my size. He went back brought them out and let me try them on. He even offered my husband something to drink( champagne which my husband found interesting as he is not a high end shopper like me. lol) The shoes were perfect, the service exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have been happier with my treatment in store. I say this bc as someone who normally gets what I call " financially profiled" bc I don't always look like I have the money to afford the finer things in life Jaden didn't hesitate for a moment to come right over and offer me help. No judgement from him at all. Thank you Jaden for making me feel like one in a million. Please Jimmy Choo hire more people like him and the world would be a better place. 10 our of 10...

The experience that I had at this Jimmy Choo was amazing!! My fiancé and I came to the mall looking for a pair of shoes to go with a sharp suit we just happened to stumble across. When we arrived to KOP we looked in Neiman Marcus and Christian Louboutin. My fiancé saw a few things but nothing that was an eye catcher. Also, we didn't receive great customer service. No one greeted us or even looked our way. So we decided to go to Jimmy Choo. Let me tell you the customer service there was beyond amazing. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Jimmy Red Shoes. He started talking to us like we have known each other forever. He was beyond helpful. He knew exactly what to pull and show us based off of a few words. His style is impeccable. The way that he treated my fiancé and myself is the main reason why we ended up buying at this store. Most people don't understand that great customer service goes a long way. The whole store is amazing and the employees are all great but Jimmy Red Shoes has me as a customer forever. Absolutely amazing experience at this Jimmy Choo location! My sister and I drove 2 hours here just because the reviews were so great compared to other locations near us. Well, it was ABSOLUTELY worth the drive. Every single person who helped us was extremely kind and helpful. Jimmy was our sales associate and he was AH-MAZING. I came to get my wedding shoes, which I had been researching for a while now. He made sure to ask all the questions and pulled many options. I never felt pressured and he was so fun to talk to. I ended up getting my dream shoes! Because they didn’t have my size in the shoe at the store, Jimmy had to order them and assured me they will be perfect when they arrive, which I know they will be.
