I went in with a ring that was ruined after less than a week of having the ring. I called the store they said a manager would reach out and that didnāt happen after I went in day 3 of having the ring. I called customer service and went into the store and was told 2 different answer. When I went back to the store to see what they could do a lady told me I had to wait to send it out and see what they would say I left upset because I didnāt want to thing to be fixed I just wanted to return it at that point. I felt as if I was racially profiled for the way I look like I canāt afford anything here. You should never judge someone. I called customer service they told me to go back and talk to someone it is up to the store if I can do a exchange. Which made me ever more mad that it was something that was ruined after only having it for 3 days. I went back and the lady who helped me said I can exchange it I just canāt return it which was fine I just didnāt want the item I had in the first place. The guy who I probably bought it from was nice as well as the last lady. But the original lady just wanted me to leave the store it felt like I was unwelcome. From this experience I will never shop here or tell anyone that they should go there I will stick to other companies who respect there customers and want...

The larger bag was not in store when my daughter went in to purchase it for me the week before, and it would not have arrived by mail until after my birthday. Because she wanted to surprise me with something at my brunch, she paid for the larger bag but brought the smaller one to the brunch, just to have something to present. The larger bag came in on Tuesday, 2/21, and the store contacted my daughter that it was in. I couldn't make it up to the store in King of Prussia Mall before they closed on Tuesday at 7 p.m. so I drive the 16 miles on Wednesday midday to fo the exchange.
