Don’t shop at KOP Primark! We were double charged the day before Thanksgiving. It took us 3 trips back to the store and more than a week before our bank account was credited. Through a register malfunction, we were charged twice for 1 purchase. Before leaving the store it was brought to the attention of the manager,(Tammy). Her explanation was it would probably drop off the next day. It was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving so we accepted that. On Cyber Monday, the money was still not back in our account. Tuesday morning we went back to the store and was told, it will probably be back in there tomorrow, and the person that handles that is not here today. You can call tomorrow. We asked, “ are we going to have come up here again?” The response from Tammy was, “I don’t know if you want to give out your private information over the phone.” The store is 36 miles round trip. On Friday, the money was still not back in the bank account. So we drove to Primark AGAIN! This time we asked to speak to the store manager. Maria was very nice. However, she explained that NOTHING could be done for us until she contacted their headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, to confirm a double charge. You could clearly see on my statement, on my phone, which I presented each time I was there, that I was DOUBLE CHARGED! We are speaking of a charge of less than$100.00. We were not offered a discount or coupon for our inconvenience. Nothing could be done. Really??? We did not require Primark to speak with our bank, which is headquartered out of Canada before they received payment! So, why, as a customer, double charged through no fault of my own, must I wait on Dublin, Ireland, before being made whole. Before parting, I specifically asked the manager, Maria, so there is absolutely nothing you can do for me today? Though very apologetic, her response was NO. Primark came across the pond in 2015 to the United States. What a pity that their technology to assist their customers and the store personnel stayed in Ireland. That is not how a customer should ever be treated regarding an error that was clearly caused by them. This was my first experience with Primark and it will certainly be my last. Marshall’s and TJ Maxx are much more accommodating and receptive to their customers. It is not good enough to have good prices WITHOUT GREAT customer service. Primark is not for me. Check your holiday purchases!!! I wanted to add that I can NOT believe that a store this size has no restrooms for the public to use. Their response is you can go to Dick’s next store. Read moreMy Husband and I were harassed yesterday at this store while waiting at the cashier and we had our toddler with us too. Two women kept yelling at us because I didn’t say “excuse me” while passing next to one of them, although she was on the phone and I kept waiting for her to look at me, but she didn’t. So I finally passed without even touching her and stood next to my husband, then my husband made sure to let her know that we are together and that I didn’t cut the line. She kept scolding us and saying that I should have said “excuse me”. When I explained how she was on the phone and had her head looking the other way and that I did nothing wrong and that she shouldn’t tell me what to do or not to do, we suddenly found another woman jumping in, yelling, calling me bad words in front of my toddler and husband and was trying to put her finger in my face while swearing at me. Then she sent her younger daughter to push me from the back and pretending to get stuff while pushing me. All this happened in front of maybe 10 cashiers and none of them thought to call security or call a manager to cut this whole situation off. When it was finally our turn they didn’t even ask us how we are doing or how are we feeling after all the harassments and insults that we had to hear and witness from two crazy strangers. Read moreI love primark for their clothing and accessories but the staff is absolutely HORRENDOUS I came 1:45 mins out of my way to come to this store and I happened to see a guns and roses top in the display case so I searched high and low for it and couldn't find it anywhere I asked just about every single employee to help me find it and they were not helpful and quite rude so I gave up and left with the few things in my bag and when I got to the register I politely said hello how are you to the lady at my register and she didn't say one word to me NOT ONE WORD .. NOT EVEN MY TOTAL we sat in silence until I realized she had rung me up so I paid and waited for my friend to finish and apparently she was treated the same way long story short the clothes are very cute but the customer service is lacking to say the very least Also side note the used to carry larger sizes for women and now the biggest I could find is a 10-12 maybe it's because the store is super disorganized but honestly I disappointed In the way I was treated and the fact that I couldn't find what I wanted wish I could say differently because I love store itself just not the people they choose to employ because obviously customer service isn't...
