First, I will start off stating the food was delicious and everyone loved it at work. However, the process of getting the food delivered to the office, just 7 mins away from the restaurant was DREADFUL. I had an order of 24 lunch boxes & 3 burrito bowls. As I am placing the order on the phone, I am told that 2/6 burrito lunch box options are no longer sold at the restaurant.....however it's listed on the website under their location (KOP).
Seven people selected one of those two options (Sunset & Bacon chicken club) and their orders now have to change. THEN I am told the 3 burrito bowls cant be delivered as the person on the catering order (Maria), only has access to order the lunch boxes. So it was very inconvenient that I had to go pick up the 3 bowls while only the boxes get delivered (Almost $350 worth of food).
And to make matters worse, the delivery was 13 mins late. I did not receive a call, text or email to let me know they were running late. If they did, I wouldn't be complaining about it. AND on top of that, one of those burrito bowls ordered was the "Bangkok shrimp" bowl that the website wouldn't allow me to order. A notification came from the cart stating that the restaurant did not have shrimp available, so I replaced it with fish...cool.
However when I came to pick up the bowls, they had shrimp displayed. So I asked the personnel about it...and apparently the only way to order their shrimp online is to select the steak bowl, and replace the steak with shrimp....How would anyone know to do that??
In conclusion, I don't think I will ever be placing catering orders here again. This is not a very customer service driven restaurant at all which is very disappointing, especially since the food was good. I do believe these issues occurred due to the restaurant being located in the mall, (as I've heard great things about the other California Tortilla restaurants.) But nonetheless, this location...

We got a Korean BBQ chicken burrito, a tofu bowl, and chips with guac. The menu has a lot of options and fuses different cuisine types.
The Korean BBQ chicken burrito was a real winner - it was stuffed with mesquite chicken, fajita veggies, Korean BBQ sauce, jicama slaw, cilantro, and Sriracha sauce. We added a bunch of things to the bowl we ordered, in addition to the fried Tofu, and it all turned out great. The sauces we picked on the side were surprisingly good - one had a vinegar-like flavor and another tasted like BBQ and had a really distinctive "bite" to it.
There are a lot of things to try here and it will take several visits to figure out...

It costs $15 for three small soft tacos. For a $10 "classic" quesadilla, all you get is cheese, "protein", and non-filled small vials of sour cream and dry pico. Anything else is extra.
The food was middling.
And after having spent $50 for a small amount of not-so-good food, the lady at the counter refused my request for a cup of tap water (I think this may be illegal, and definitely inappropriate), saying that I had to buy their $5 bottled water. They even skimp on the napkins.
Why is a casual place in a mall food court so expensive and petty?
Overpriced with mediocre food and bad service. A...
