NOT REPUTABLE!!! Store employees were talking directly to my family on Monday about how they pulled multiples of certain Legos and Promos for themselves before opening. The employees also told customers more of specific sets would be arriving for Wednesday, but when my family arrived just after the store opened Wednesday we find out there aren't any. Did the store employees again pull what they wanted before the store opened??? Employees said individuals were only allowed one set of Promos, yet when we told the employees that their store employees were overheard saying they pulled Promos for themselves they didn't respond. Also overheard a store employee telling a person they were talking to on the phone that there was a limit of 2 on a specific set and then tell another person they 'wouldn't normally put aside that many' and then saw the employee proceed to pull multiples (5 or 6) of all of the same set to hold for the phone customer. The employees also allowed adults to feel the mystery character baggies to find specific characters while other families with children were waiting and eventually left. This store's Pick and Choose policy is not right... allowing store employees and certain customers certain rights that they don't allow for all the...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. I paid for a green base plate amongst other things. I got home, open the bag with my son and it was missing. I called the store to say I had purchase an item but it was not placed in the bag. I was told by the assistant store manager that there was nothing they could do because everything seemed to add up on their end which is ABSOLUTELY impossible since i was charged but the item was not placed in the bag. I asked if they had security cameras so they can see that it wasn't placed in my bag and she just said no. So great, technically an employee can charge you for something, not put it in your bag and steal it and you are on your own because the store will do NOTHING to help you. I have never been ripped off like this before in my life by a store. Completely unethical and...
Read moreGoing to the Lego store is like being a kid in a candy store. There are so many Lego sets lining the walls, it's difficult to desire where to begin.

At checkout, they informed us about the upcoming Star Wars day additional gift sets that would be available May 1 - 7, reminding me that I have more bricks to obtain.
I will certainly be back to continue building...
