Rothy's King of Prussia — Local services in Upper Merion Township

Beautiful store, clean, displayed well. We came in 20 minutes before closing and were respectfully browsing. The associate named Jatay did not greet us. First words were to state the closing time. Which was fine but wasn't making us feel comfortable. My wife asked for one size to try on, Jatay gave her 2 minutes to try it and rushed to ask if we'll all set to pay. Mind you, there's still 13 minutes till closing. We said "hm still thinking about it", thats when Jatay passed a coworker and made an exaggerated annoyed face (eyes wide) with hands spread out next to her head. She went to the back (and it's obviously quiet in this store) and you hear her give a loud "ugh!!!" Noise).

At this point, it's obvious she's not interested in helping. It's our first time in a Rothys, we were ready to buy one or two pairs. Just not in 3 minutes.
