Gregorys Coffee — Restaurant in Upper Merion Township

Great location in the King Of Prussia mall . What a shame it’s an unorganized mess. We ordered for 3people, gave our name. Ordered 3 drinks and 3 food items. As the drinks become available they are calling out drink names instead of customers names. I ordered blue dream decaf , when the called out blue dream several times with no name I walked up to take the drink , got a little reprimanded for it lol from an employee ( I think she’s the manager) . So we waited now my blue dream comes up but because I ordered decaf it’s NOT blue and same employee explains decaf is half of all ingredients as per the machine. Ok whatever. I ask for some blue syrup. Now all 3 of have drinks but only 2 of the 3 food items. Afraid to ask we wait and wait and wait. Manager sees me standing there but won’t ask . I announce hey we are still waiting for avocado toast ???? Seriously??? No apologies. We are at least 15 minutes in at this point. She runs to the back and pulls out all the ingredients needed to make an avocado toast . Unreal . Had no idea we were waiting for one more item , deliberately did not ask us, let us stand there like fools waiting. Didn’t apologize. Just an unorganized mess !! And a bit rude and attitude. Not worth your time !!! Take your business elsewhere...

A very convenient place to have in such a major mall like KOP. The location within the mall is a chefs kiss!

The prices are far more reasonable than the dept store coffee shops. The menu was/is very well thought out. The variety of food they serve covers many dietary restrictions. My breakfast fave are the breakfast bites made with eggs, cheese, and turkey sausage!! Spot on when you’re on the go AND don’t eat bread. They’re so yummy!!

The coffee is outstanding!! A verrrry close second to La Colombe!!

Lastly, their staff are the most genuine, down to earth people you want to handle your food. They’re very knowledgeable about their menu and offer great recommendations!! Great job, Greg!!! Best of luck...

I'm a mall employee, and this has been my go-to spot for coffee since it opened. I couldn't get through the day without at least two large lattes from these folks. They've got some nice food options, too! But to be honest, the main reason I come here every day is because of the manager and her staff. They're an incredibly friendly and welcoming group of people, and they really do work their tails off! In other words, the food and coffee are good, but it's the manager and staff who turned me into a loyal customer. If it weren't for them, I'd probably still be stopping at Wawa every morning on my...
