I was always a huge fan of this dispensary prior to covid 19. However, since covid 19 even after placing my order online I still had to wait 45 minutes to pick up this has happened the previous 3 times I have been here. Then ontop of it, after the first time I called to ask how long of a wait would be as I don't have alot of time on my lunch. I was falsely told 10-15 minutes on a few occasions only to come there and discover it's a 30-40 minute wait when I would have went somewhere else if I knew this would be the case.
Avoid at all costs, go to cure, verilife, or herbology this isn't worth the waste of time. They are extremely inefficient at taking orders in the parking lot even if you order online. You wait 15-20 minutes for a text that verifies your order, then another 10 minutes for them to get your money then another 10 bring out the order. Brought it back to Keystone KOP the next day. I was told by management I had to âemail the growers and they would approve an exchangeâ. I emailed the grower and still no response after a week. Am I being crazy thinking Keystone KOP should just exchange the pen? Iâm giving 2 stars as opposed to 1 because I bought a decent amount of product and the disposable pen is the only complaint. I figured Keystone would be more helpful in exchanging.
EDIT - changing to 5 stars. Iâve received a full refund after directly emailing the grower and getting granted a refund. Apparently state regulations donât allow the dispensary to do immediate refunds, they need approval from the grower. Requires an extra step but Iâm definitely satisfied.    Read moreI have been coming here for 3 years. In the beginning I had problems with empty cartridges. Now I paid for my card, but somehow it is not valid for the dispensary. The valid date is 3 days in the future. I am 100% registered with the doctor and the state. They acknowledged they see it on their end as well.
Whenever there is a problem, the issue falls on the patient. This program is 3 years experienced, and there are still issues like this that affect the patient. The dispensary blames the state who blames the doctor. Well guess what? I lose.
I go out of my way to come here, and I unfortunately will not be coming back. Staff is so amazing though, not towards them. This is directed towards the way this system handles patients.
EDIT If anyone reads this, there are WAY better options out there! Constant rewards, no flash sales so you dont have to wait in line for hours. All around...
