CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Upper Merion Township

I went to CVS at 310 Henderson Road, King of Prussia, PA on 12/12/2024 approximately 9:15 PM - 9:20 PM. As soon as I walked in the door and found the Front Cashier in the back. I think she was talking on her cell phone. I asked her politely if she knew how to use my OTC as many times I have gone there and all the cashiers don't know how to use the OTC card. Then they stand there and act like me a Senior is going to pay for it, like I am getting something free. Sorry worked for the privilege... The products, I was buying I have always gotten on my OTC card and no balance was due. This time she is telling me I owe money and I need to figure out which product is making me owe money. Plus as I said she told me as soon as I walked in the store that they were closing, so basically get out. Then she said she had other customers as I was trying to find out which item was not on the OTC as just in November,I had received the exact same items at no cost on my OTC. I finally paid the extra $8.00 and was rudely told, "Look, I have other customers". She does not have to worry, this customer did not like HER HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I DON'T PLAN TO EVER GO TO CVS AGAIN. SHE US A RUDE PERSON AND NEEDS MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!

ALSO, I LEFT THE STORE AND IT WAS 9:31 PM, SO AS SHE SAID "THE STORE IS GETTING READY TO CLOSE", I REMINDED HER THAT SHE STILL HAS A HALF HOUR LEFT TO WORK SO THE STORE WAS NOT CLOSING AND CUSTOMERS STILL HAD A HALF HOUR TO SHOP! YUP, SHE IS A -...

One of the worst CVS in town, rude customer service.. price gauging.. I have been charged almost 10 times more for the over the counter medine here ... Once I realized in the parking lot they refuse to take it.. by law they suppose to give me the cheaper but no one follow the law.. but they happy to follow policy which says you left the store.. I was in the parking lot .. before realize.. if you trusting them for price please stay away you can find much cheaper across. I didn't understand Dr made a mistake by sending a prescription for over the counter drug .. and these guys make it 10 times more .. you can see the price gauging in the pictures .. stay away and every one is a rude.. I am the only one look at the reviews all are like that . I am making a formal complaint to the attorney general that they need to stop fooling people on this pricing ..no wonder CVS pharmacies are closing... And they wonder why... No duty manager.... 41 dollars for a 4 dollar drug is not right ..how you go to sleep after doing that I don't understand... You can notice both shops are next to each other... Shame on you CVS for price gauging on vulnerable people.. I can't imagine what they doing to...

CVS is my preferred pharmacy. Unfortunately, my insurance company will not pay for my prescription through CVS, but I still keep my prescriptions on file at CVS and have chosen to pay out of pocket many times when my mandated pharmacy made it difficult or impossible to get my prescription.

CVS has an easy to use prescription refill with text updates, the pharmacy techs treat you like a person (not a number) and my prescription is always correct and ready in a timely manner. Thank you CVS King of Prussia (19406) for being outstanding...
