Ordered on the app. Items were missing, app was incorrect and misleading, location ignored my 6 phone calls for 20 straight minutes, and when I reported issues through app they did nothing except give me an automated $10 off my next order… I will not be using it.
I had an issue with the delivery address and tried to call the taco bell location to clarify, but the location shown on the map was incorrect and closed. I then attempted to report an issue and the correct taco bell location (a different one from the incorrect one shown on the map) was listed, so I called that location 6 times over the course of 20 minutes and each time the call was ignored until an automated message dismissed me. Eventually, I got the driver’s number and called him to clarify the address, but when items arrived many were missing/incorrect. The street chalupas were entirely missing, which was a large issue as my diabetic friend took insulin to account for the chalupas and then had to scrounge up carbs to compensate for the missing chalupas. The fire and hot sauces were also missing and we instead received avocado salsa we did not order. Additionally, we added sour cream to both crunchy tacos and were upcharged for it, but the tacos did not have sour cream on them. The last time I ordered WILL be the last. When I got my food I spent $50 on a large Baja Freeze HALF Full, and the other freeze was missing. Then the nachos were completely cold and soggy and was not appetizing at all. If it's not bad enough.. I tried the quesarito and instead of a burrito I got a flat PANCAKE grilled tortilla with only rice inside. Not kidding !!! I could not even eat it. Then.... all the taco shells completely fell apart as soon as you picked it up because it was so soggy... the employees give me grief about asking for more fire sauce and they act like it comes out of their paycheck or something and most of the time they don't even give us any sauce .. Read moreSo my kids told me about a secret menu they checked online , I wanted to try it out at this location on 11/26 at 5 pm , I arrived and the moment I showed my phone about this ( I just asked if they could do it ) the black guy in the back who prepares food started acting like a crazy maniac , but the manager was kind enough to explain what he can do and what he can't . I understand you cannot do a custom order , I totally get it ! And I did not force him to do anything . But the guy was so unprofessional,I just want to know why would a guy who prepares food would interfere and not follow his managers directions ? He just had to do his job and not do customer service , Taco bell will need to accountable for people in the front taking orders vs people making food talking to customers , so weird !!! Zero stars for that 2 stars for manager...
