Excellence in customer service at the King of Prussia PA location. Kristen and Chris went above and beyond to help me to exchange shorts that I purchased and due to surgery and things beyond my control had lost a lot of weight. The precious unworn women’s shorts were too big and although it was beyond the normal time of return, Kristen was so kind and honored an exchange for size. This kindness and level of service is why I return to this location. Not only for the selection but also the quality of products. Chris also was so sweet and super friendly during this exchange. With competition the way it is, you can find similar quality at a much more affordable price point
The one thing I noticed about every Vineyard Vine store I visited was that the employees never greet you.
I'm not sure if that's part of their training.....For example: "Listen up staff, you must remember as employees of this overpriced store, the customers are beneath you, so do not acknowledge or greet them in any way. Make them come to you."
This is the type of vibe I've felt at every Vineyard Vine location. And the location at KOP was no different.

Tried to exchange a belt that the purchase price was $58.00 when purchased and the store manager approved a $15.00 store credit on an exchange belt purchase and said that is all the belt is worth!
At that point my wife and I put down product we were purchasing and left the store. The employees including the manager could have cared less.
Vineyardvines Corp loss as we walked to another store in the mall and purchased over $800.00 in product.
Amazing way to lose a customer and demonstrate that the product isn’t worth what you paid for...
