If I could rate this place all the stars in the world I would! I had a wedding coming up in three days and needed my suit pants and jacket taken in and altered in several places, I was referred to this establishment by family and friends, they all spoke very highly of this place. The wonderful lady that did the alterations was very accommodating, very patient and met my time deadline for completing my suits’ alterations, she even stayed until 10:30pm the night before the wedding just to do final adjustments to my pants, she did an incredible job! If I could give no stars I would. I took in a tapestry tablecloth that I wanted shorter by 17”. I have no idea what she was thinking. She cut into my tablecloth 17” and then sewed it back up. He then tells me he thinks that seam was already there. No! Absolutely not! Why would a 17” cut/seam be in the middle of the tablecloth!!! It was a simple task; cut 17” off and make a new hem on one side. I sure would hate to see what she would do to my clothes! Oh and it was in the shop 3 weeks and no one ever called. Chiarina was amazing! She did all the alterations for my wedding dress. I had some alterations that I thought needed to be done, and she accommodated all of them. She also pointed out things that needed touching up that I had not even noticed. Chiarina was incredibly thorough, which is exactly what you want for your big day!
