Siena at St. Clair — Local services in Upper St. Clair

Went there on Mother's day weekend (Saturday) 12 noon. Me and my Mother ordered same thing..beef dip sandwich. Hers was o.k. mine was so greasy from butter that you could have wrung it out. Couldn't possibly eat so I sent it back. I would have been fine with the whole situation but first off I got attitude from waitress then it took forever to get new sandwich..everyone was finished eating. Told waitress I didn't want the sandwich at that point. She gave me a dirty look and walked away. Then manager comes out with sandwich and asks if I want it to go..I wasn't there for a to go order. Planned to have a nice lunch with my family. So he takes it away. Never once was there an apology for their mistake...just attitude! Again if you mess up an order have the professionalism to at least give an apology..it goes a long way in rectifying situation. Needless to say won't...

There are several businesses occupying this shopping center. A few are Sportclips, Xfinity, and Hello Bistro. There is ample parking and it's in a great location right off of 19 across from the Target entrance of South Hills Village. There is a Whole Foods across the parking lot as well. My only real issue with this location is the inability to turn into it off Ft. Couch road. If you go straight through the light at 19, which would make sense to do if you didn't know any better, you can't turn into the shopping center and have to find somewhere to turn around. It would be seemingly easy to create a turn-in there but for some reason it's exit only. Note that if you're visiting this center you have to enter off of 19 by...

Beautiful development with interesting stores. I go here for Comcast/Xfinity store and Whole Foods. Easy parking and nice landscaping and hardscaping. The fifth star is withheld because it is difficult to enter the property from southbound Route 19. No left turn permitted from side street, so I have to drive, turn around at the school, then come back to make the right. Other choice is to wait for another light and make a right directly onto property near Whole Foods, which is always busy and much...
