Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Upper St. Clair

I ordered the 8 inch White Chocolate Raspberry bundt cake from them and was in literal heaven when I took the first bite of it. Seriously, I will NEVER go back to buying any other bakery's cakes for birthdays, celebrations, or any other special occasions. My family and I are customers for life. We all agreed that this cake is the best cake we've ever tried. It's so rich, soft, buttery, and packed with so much flavor in every bite. The White Chocolate Raspberry cake is just to die for. The raspberry puree throughout the cake is so amazing and pairs so well with the buttery thick cream cheese frosting. (I usually don't really like thick, overly sweet frostings but this frosting was perfect! Not sickly sweet or overpowering, just the perfect combination to the pillowy soft, rich cake!)

The presentation of the cake itself was also awesome. They decorate it with cute little paper "happy birthday" signs on top of it along with a pretty pink flower looking thing directly in the middle of it. It was just so nice to pick up the cake and see that it was already decorated and looking beautiful. No preparations or decorating necessary, it's just ready to eat! They also put a cute little printed instruction card on it that tells you how to store the cake or keep it fresh until serving it. Very nice and convenient! The customer service at this bakery was also on point. Very friendly and helpful!

I went in and asked for a 10 inch cake, didn’t mind waiting at all 10 minutes for it to be ready. Took home a taped up box, when I got it out for my family’s birthday party it was only an 8 inch cake, which is significantly smaller and was not enough for my whole family. I was surprised and called the store. The manager called me back today which was nice, said she found my receipt and I only paid for an 8 inch cake. I explained that it must have been a misunderstanding, which it must have been, and may have been my fault, I should have paid better attention. However it would have been nice for the manager to at least say sorry or apologize for my experience. She did neither. Left a negative impression on me. A shame because they do have good cakes. This is my absolute favorite store. Out of all of the Nothing Bundt Cakes stores I will travel to this one over and over again, even though it’s not close to my house because the people here are so incredibly friendly, the store is always clean, and they have such fresh cakes and cute little knickknacks around the store. The manager always goes out of her way to make sure everyone is welcomed in, recognized and is welcome back. She make sure that you are 100% satisfied with everything purchased .
