I absolutely love shopping at the Target store in South Hills Village, Pittsburgh. This location is incredibly spacious, which makes the entire shopping experience feel relaxed and unhurried. One of the first things I noticed is how easy it is to find parking—there’s always plenty of space available, even during peak hours. The store layout is well organized, making it simple to find everything from groceries to electronics. I especially appreciate the self-checkout counters, which are super fast and efficient, helping you avoid long lines and get on your way quickly. Another highlight is the CVS pharmacy inside the store, which is extremely convenient, especially when you need to pick up prescriptions while running errands. Plus, there’s a Starbucks inside too—perfect for grabbing a coffee while shopping! The staff here are genuinely friendly, always ready to help without being intrusive. Their customer service really stands out. I’ve also had to make a few returns in the past, and the process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. Prices across the store are very reasonable, and they frequently offer good deals on everyday items. All in all, this is my go-to store in the area. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, organized, and customer-friendly shopping experience.

(As seen on this picture below) Me and a group of friends build a gingerbread house for a contest, with a limited amount of time. We did not do so well, but after all, these items are from Target. Target is great place to do some quick shopping, you will most likely find everything you need for emergencies (except exotic stuff, like I believe, bomba rice, pequillo peppers, etc.). You will find this place pleasant if it is your first time. This is a step up from Walmart, if you had to choose. Enjoy your shopping!

Long story short I called in to find out if there was any trading cards (Pokemon cards) left. I was told none left and the young female would not go look even when I asked if she can politely. She kept on telling me her device saids nothing & she couldn’t tell me when they were receiving more. So instead I drove in and looked for myself and this is what I come across just in 1 section.......This is very disappointing as I am a regular customer and it just shows me some of the employees are Lazy.

I had a horrendous and embarrassing experience today 1/20/2022.

A horrible and RUDE cashier was working register 11 on 1/20/2022 at 130-2pm. (Middle aged 50s, short women with shoulder length frizzy curly brown hair-snooty). I waited in line for her register and begun putting my stuff on the belt. She finished ringing out the person in front of me turned around looked at me and turned her light off in my face and said IM CLOSED! I had stuff on my belt and waited roughly 10mins for her to finish the transaction in front of me. At no point during this time did she mention closing to me or the people in line behind. I was so appalled even the person behind me commented about how rude it was. She immediately walked away. I was left in a sea of lines of at least 20 other people and carts that I now had to go to the back of the line for and wait again. She WALKED over to another register started laughing to the male cashier there and then came effing back to her register 11 and started checking people out again!!! Are you serious?!?! You made me load my stuff off the belt for you to walk away for 2minutes and return??

Not to mention she was INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!

I have also called corporate and filled a grievance as well....

Did a pick-up order at this location. Used the app to tell them I was on my way more than a half hour ahead of time. Got there and waited five minutes while two associates were doing each vehicle. A storm rolled in and an associate came over and told us we needed to come in the store because of lightning if we wanted our order.

This same associate went to each vehicle and told them they had to go in the store to get their orders.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to shutdown curbside pick-up and then just have that same associate bring out all the existing orders since she had to go to each vehicle to tell them to come in the store anyhow?

Just my .02 and I wouldn’t be wasting two associates to do each vehicle as this location does; perhaps we could have been serviced.

They did give us a $5 gift card after I asked for a discount which is why you are getting...
