Thrifting time! I did find some great stuff today, should I do a little haul? #thrifting #thrifttok #thriftwithme #metrodetroit #thriftedfinds

They're at capacity and can barely accept anything. They took only my box of silverware and left all the children's clothes, shoes, wine glasses, backpacks in my car. Waste of an hour in line to go home with everything I came with. Should be a sign saying they cant take anything more. The manager picked up this pair of children's shoes and said "I wouldnt put these on my child". I couldnt believe she said that considering Salvation Army is meant to help the underprivileged - so rude.

I had a great experience visiting this thrift store! They offer amazing deals and a wonderful collection of items—from clothes to home decor and more. Everything is well-organized, and the prices are a little bit high compared to new items but honestly It’s the perfect place to find hidden treasures without breaking the bank. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great finds and good value!

Way too expensive. A lot of shirts were over $12 You can go to a regular store and get a brand new one for that. Also was planning on buying two stuffed animals, but there was no price tags on them. The Supervisor or manager, I was not sure who she was. The cashier asked her how much they were. She tried to charge me $10 for them both. Definitely rip-off. I couldn't get them. They were small and not worth spending that much on. They're definitely not worth that much I've also been here other times where I've had to go through other situations. Even. When tags are on items they will change the price on you at the register. And of course it's higher than what the tag says. Something could say 2.99 And they change it to $6.99. They say the wrong tags on there. That doesn't make any sense. It was on there very well too. There's no way you could peel it off. Also the clothes Have those plastic hooked up to the tags So it's not like anyone ripped them off You could tell if it was ripped off. It's so shady and wrong what they're doing And when tags are not on the items they try to rip you off on the spot. Terrible customer service. These items are donated for free. And there are people who go there who struggle and they still can't afford even use clothes and stuff. They should be ashamed for doing this. Nobody should be treated this way. I do hope something gets done about this. But I really don't recommend...

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is the only thrift store that has a policy where if you purchase furniture of any sort, you have to haul it out of the store and load it yourself. I have been to several other thrift stores and have always had help offered. Normally, for me and my age, this wouldn't be an issue, however with only one good arm and an injured spine, I am unable to lift, push, or drag anything of even little weight. When I asked what they do to help seniors, I was told they are responsible for bringing their own help. So, unfortunately, I had to have my senior mother, at 70 years old, drag an item that was purchased, out of the store, and load it in the vehicle. I don't shop thrift stores often, and I had no intentions of looking for furniture, I had just happened to see something I wanted to get for my son. Had I been made aware by the cashier that my mother or I would need to haul it on our own, I would never have purchased it. For a company that is supposed to be known to help others and for giving back to the community, I find this policy a bit odd. Just on this alone, I will never step foot again in any of their stores. This specific store, I would never recommend, as the manager had a "high and mighty" and "I could care less" attitude. People like that don't have any business working in...
