He asked me if I was in town and wanted to come in to get my order for free. I agreed. I truly feel the supervisor cared, was polite, and I NEVER expected to get anything free, but it truly does make you feel like they care about their customers.
I've ordered through door dash no problem, but figured since I was out and about that I'd pick an order up myself. Looking online and seeing they closed at 9pm, I called at 8:40, as soon as I looked up their hours, to place an order for pickup. No one answered my calls, regardless of what option I tried, including to go, hostess, and the manager, for whom I left a message. I got to the door of the store at 8:52, and knocked as it was already locked and shut, even before I arrived. Two employees in the to go area looked at me and laughed among themselves. I walked around to the door where they could see me better, and was completely ignored. Idk about everyone else, but I was always told that businesses are required to remain functional and doors unlocked until end of business hours, especially around here. I do not appreciate being treated like I didn't matter, or to be blatantly mocked, right in front of me by a businesses employees. Not a good look that the company would not adhere to normal business practices. Oh and for those curious, all I wanted was a half gallon of ice cream. It would have taken a minute to do if it wasn't already packed. I'm not a person who enjoys leaving bad reviews, this just really put bad taste in my mouth and...

Came in tonight for some ice cream after touring Tahoe all day. Service was absolutely terrible! All of the servers and hostesses like to gather around the ice cream service station and chat chat chat.
I was very displeased with the service we received. My boyfriends daughter and I got our ice cream first while we sat and waited and watched the staff completely ignore that my boyfriends milkshake was prepared and sitting for approximately 12 minutes. Along with having to wait, they really struggled with getting the jersey whip on top.
My boyfriend got tired of waiting so he told our server that he would willingly get up out of his seat to grab his milkshake that was melting before our eyes. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!
They had 17 people and 6 tables total at 8:30 at night, that was it. There should not have been such a delay in our service and the complete disregard of your staff who seems to not really care or want to work.
Hire better people or close down.
This is not the first time we have had issues with the establishment and service staff.
For the price that you pay for ice cream, the service really should stand out and be better.
It is extremely disappointing to sit and wait for ice cream while you watch several employees. Joke, laugh, watch irritated guests and Completely disregard service all together.
I recommend that the next time anybody wants GOOD ice cream, service and atmosphere; make the drive to sac and go to Leatherbys Family Creamery. You will be...
