Also, they often put samples out but don't pay attention too much to the condition of those so it can be uninviting. You want to try their item but you're just not sure about the sanitary-ness of it. We arrived to buy a love seat about 3 min past closing. Not only did the employees let us in, but Ray and the rest of the crew helped bring the love seat out. I am not exaggerating when i say that Ray tried to help us move the seats in our van, the other stuff in the van around, and finding a way to fit this in the back of the van for FORTY MINUTES! He had to go find an Alan wrench and unscrew 2 of the legs. He then gave us the wrench so we could re attach them at home! This guy acted like it was no big deal, like he shouldn't have been off work on his way home already. The other employees didn't bat an eye at staying and helping us either. I'm amazed at the exceptionally high level of customer service these guys showed...
