I went in today 12/21/18 cause my iPhone crashed or actually froze so I got in the geek squad line to get an appointment and I showed the tech Dominic the problem. He set me up an appointment for soonest available which was an hour out and then said he’d plug it into the Apple comp real quick to see if it could just be reset and BOOM 3 minutes later I was walking out the door with a working phone!
