The waiter was fantastic, he was bubbly and having fun and was super sweet the entire time. I give the waiter a full 5/5 I only gave a 3/5 for service because of the Host as heâs part of the experience.
Went there last night, and the last time Iâd been there was years ago. The place has really gone downhill to be super honest from the looks of it.
Walked in and the host literally couldnât care less about the job, which I really do get, service industry is hard and itâs a Saturday night and youâd rather be at home or out with friends or youâve had other rude customers ruin the day. However, youâre the host, the first person people see coming in, an attempt at least faking it till he makes it wouldâve gone a long way. He didnât welcome us in, he had an attitude when asking us how many in fact he seemed bothered that we even came in, then seemed like he couldnât be bothered to really care where to place us to sit down.
He just put the menus down in a stack and then kinda pulled out the drinks menu and did a slot toss with it, not hard or anything but like a lazy toss so it landed on one of the menus. The menus were also sticky, so they hadnât been wiped cleaned by whoever collected them previously and it felt really gross to be touching sticky menus.
I ordered a drink after our very outstanding waiter took my order, I liked my drink, however the ice needs to be cleaned because I found black specs on one of the ice cubes while I was drinking and I didnât want it anymore after that. I couldnât be sure if more ice had the black specks and if I just couldnât see it due to the drink being a hard to see through. But itâs very gross to know that they have dirty ice, which makes me concerned if theyâre actually cleaning out their ice maker when they should be. Someone could get sick if their ice is dirty and if they arenât taking care of their products.
The building needs redecorating/remodeling because you can see the age and wear and tear thatâs happened to the place over the years itâs been in town. The place was practically empty on a Saturday night but I can see why when most of the staff really canât be bothered to at least hide their disdain for their customers...

Read moreThe worst service. We went here for a birthday dinner, it was about 4:30 on a weekday, the place was empty except for a couple people at tables and a couple people getting food to go. The music was CRAZY loud. I understand having the music pumping when there's a big noisy crowd but like I said, the place was near empty. I have two little kids and we were trying to eat fast and get out because it was just too much for them but our waiter was nowhere to be found, for the entire meal. He took his time getting to the table to take our orders, got them wrong when they came, gave us attitude and refused to get us what we asked for or take it off the check. I was tired of trying to argue over the freaking crazy loud music, we ate that garbage fast and was trying to pay our bill and go but that fool was nowhere to be found. We tried to pay at the take out counter but because he was holding our check hostage they couldn't. Nobody would go look for him so we could pay. Nobody was trying to help us out despite explaining our situation. By the time the waiter came back to the table everyone else was done and leaving and we had to STAND THERE AND WAIT THE ENTIRE TIME! We were trying to get out with our little kids early and this JERK made us wait till the very last! Then on top of it all we were charged for a freaking soda nobody ordered, and he REFUSED to take it off! Now normally I'd be yelling for a manager but we were so frazzled between the music and upset kids I just paid and left. We will NEVER go back to this junk of...
