Went to pickup my wedding ring with my fiancé. Got the call the day before (Wednesday )that the ring was ready and the hours of operation were from 10-8pm the following day (Thursday)and I had would pick up. Drove from work; straight to the store. Got there at 7:10pm the store was closed. I also searched the store online for closing time while in traffic to make sure we could make it on time, the search states the same time the associate told me the day before. We get there and the associates were closing, I park and run to the door… telling them I was there just to pick up and I can give my ID, door was locked lights were off..I was told they were closed and can’t open the door. She was patient (I tend to be a little scattered) and seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for. The trick is just to find it. One of the other ladies helped as well.
