I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently received. On my visit, I spent over $300 on merchandise. While shopping, I noticed that an item I was interested in was marked as discontinued. However, the exact same item in the same condition was not marked down. I asked if I could receive the same discount on the non-discontinued item, since I was informed by another employee that the discontinued status was due to how long it had been in the store, not because of damage or quality issues. When I raised this question to the store manager, she was dismissive and told me there was nothing she could do.
