There is so much I could say but I’ll keep it short. I bought my engagement ring and the owner made my experience memorable. She took the time to order me 10 different diamonds to look at. Not only did she bring me a selection she went over each one with me all ranging in price and took the time to educate me in what I was looking at. Ended up not buying the most expensive one and it was her favorite ! So not once did I feel I was being pushed to buy the most expensive diamond which isn’t always the best.
