As a middle school teacher with a penchant for professional history bowling, I expected a quick and satisfying meal at Burger King after a long day of shaping young minds and perfecting my bowling technique. However, my recent visit to Burger King left me utterly disappointed and frustrated.
Firstly, the service was abysmal. I felt like I was interrupting a team huddle rather than placing a simple order. The cashier seemed more interested in chatting with colleagues than taking my order seriously. As someone who values efficiency, this lackadaisical approach was infuriating.
Once my order finally made its way to me, I was appalled by the condition of my food. The burger looked like it had been hastily thrown together by someone with no regard for presentation or quality. The bun was squashed, the lettuce wilted, and the cheese looked as if it had been melted hours ago. I couldn't help but wonder if the cook had mistaken my meal for a history book that needed to be flattened.
Now, let's talk about the fries – a side dish that should be a simple pleasure. Instead, they were cold, limp, and tasted like they had been recycled from the bottom of the fryer. It's a mystery to me how a fast-food establishment could get something as basic as fries so wrong.
As a history bowler, I appreciate precision and attention to detail, qualities sorely lacking in this Burger King visit. It's disheartening to see a once-reliable fast-food chain fall so far from its former glory. I suggest that Burger King revisits the fundamentals of customer service and food quality before losing more customers like me.
In conclusion, my experience at Burger King was nothing short of a historic disappointment. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the establishment to reevaluate its practices and return to the standards that once made it a reliable choice for a quick and...
Read moreThe employees are practically useless. They got my order wrong twice. The lady behind the grill didn't even know what was on a 'fully loaded croissant (the other employee had to tell her more than once). Both employees were gossiping the whole time I was sitting in the lobby eating. The male employee was extremely rude. I waited over 20 minutes for my food, and I was the only person in the lobby & in the Drive-Thru was not busy. I am extremely disappointed in my experience, and I will never come here again. The 3 screw ups on my food was more than I could take. Plus the lobby was an absolute disaster. Every single table on the front side of the restaurant facing highway 99 was extremely dirty and the floor was a nasty sticky mess. It looks like this place has not been cleaned in over a month. Note on the food, it tasted absolutely horrible!!! Ok.. I've seen enough, there was a gentleman that came in to the lobby get breakfast. When he got his breakfast, it was ice cold. The male employee argued with him. When he was able to get it re-ordered, the other male employee brought it out to him and he spilled all of the hash browns on the floor. He then kicked the food under the table and said, 'i will clean that up later today.' the employees here absolute embarrassment. Before leaving, I heard one of the employees yell, hey Irene, don't touch my meat! ' this is the worst experience I have ever had here. I tried to get ahold of the corporate office in Florida to complain, but no one answered the phones. I will definitely not be coming back here. And I will be reporting this location to the...
Read moreWent through the drive-thru to try one of their heavily-advertised BK Cafe drinks. Decided on a large iced coffee, light cream only... seemed easy enough.
First, we couldn't ignore the horrible condition of the building, It looked like the owners/management simply gave up; peeling paint, rotting wood fascia boards, dirty parking area. The gal taking our order was nice enough but couldn't seem to understand me as I was placing my order. When we got to the window, we again took notice of the filth within the building. The gal was scrambling around to get the coffee ready, seemed as though it was the first coffee anyone had ever ordered. First, she gave me a cup of lukewarm coffee with a few remnants of melting ice icecubes. On her own, she realized it did not meet any reasonable expectation and gave me a second cup filled with ice. I took the lid off to add the ice and noticed it was black coffee, no cream. When I mentioned this, she gave me a paper bag filled with individual half and half containers and sugar packets. We must have sat there for five minutes, and this was the result.
Again, the employee was very nice but everything else about the experience was laughable at best. Will definitely continue to go across the street to McDonald's instead, where it's always clean and the product...
