The food here is very good, but there are several areas that need improvement to match the quality of the dishes. Ingredient availability: If certain ingredients are listed as part of a bowl, they should always be in stock. Today, two of mine were substituted during to not being cut up. That’s disappointing and avoidable with better prep.
Proper utensils: If customers are dining in, silverware should be available. A small plastic fork doesn’t cut it—literally or figuratively.
Customer attentiveness: The staff at the counter need to listen more carefully. We had to repeat that we wanted two drinks, and I asked for an extra Parmesan crisp but only received one.
Professional behavior in the kitchen: When one of the cooks had to get into the fridge for limes, he made a visible fuss about it. That kind of attitude reflects poorly, especially in an open kitchen where guests see and hear everything. Prep should already be done—limes sliced, ingredients ready.
Staff efficiency: With the number of employees walking around, it was surprising that ingredients weren’t prepped and ready. The team needs better coordination during service.
That said, the food is tasty enough that I’m willing to give it another shot. I just hope the service and professionalism...
Read moreI ordered two salad bowls, I wouldn't call them price friendly, however I am happy to pay more for Real food and not all the junk fillers. I also bought the medi wrap with chicken and the chicken I am not so sure is full true real chicken. Had a texture unlike a package of real chicken. Restaurants and stores are allowed to say real meat even if it is processed chicken additive instead. That's on the USDA and i wish there were more transparency to this "extra processed meat".
I'd like to say I had more than one meal at this place. But the drive through has been broken for well over a month, possibly two. Without a drive through it is difficult for handicapped people to get food unless, like me, they have to bring their wheel chair, get it out, get in it, look for a ramp, and then wait in line with people who often like to lean on ya thinking you won't mind. So, I haven't had a chance to go again. Worse, not that many handicapped parking spaces which means I might get stuck waiting for someone to leave to get my wheelchair back up on my lift. And last I heard from employees, there doesn't seem to be any want of getting the drive through fixed....
Read moreThe No Prob Cobb salad was excellent—fresh, crisp, and vibrant green! The kitchen staff were friendly and quickly addressed our missing salad items. However, the front-line staff member was not as effective. She made several errors, such as forgetting the bacon and the boiled egg. When we pointed out the issues, she insisted the egg was included even though it wasn't, and then took her time with other tasks rather than addressing her mistake promptly. This was frustrating and felt disrespectful. Fortunately, a staff member from the kitchen noticed and came over to resolve the problem, which I appreciated. The salad itself was delicious with spinach, kale, jalapeños, perfectly cooked chicken, bacon bits, boiled egg, avocado, crumbled cheese, and sliced cucumber, topped with a fresh squeeze of lemon and green goddess dressing! I understand the challenge of finding dedicated employees, but I still recommend this locally owned business for its quality...
