B & D RV Center — Local services in Vernal

Todays RV market can be difficult as a buyer. I shopped for my Grand Design between four dealerships in and out of State. The team at B&D was amazing to work with. First and the most important thing is they sold me the trailer I was looking for at an incredibly fair price in today's market. To add a layer of complication I was trying to sell my current trailer before I purchased my new one and run the deal through the dealership. I am located in one County. The buyer of my trailer in another, and B&D in a third County. The team at B&D made the trade/sell easy for both me and my buyer.

When I arrived to pick up my trailer it was ready for my inspection. The shop team spent all the time I needed working with me and educating me on the specifics of my new rig. We found several things that needed to be addressed and they were all fixed before I left for the day. All trailers will have some warranty issues and I can tell the team at B&D will stand behind what the sell. The finance process was clean, simple, and easy. If we were not talking like old camping friends I would have done the entire process in about 10 min. This is my 3rd new Travel Trailer and by far the best experience. I had to drive 7 hours today to pick up my new home on wheels and realized that B&D is my new RV store of the future. Thank you team at B&D....see ya...

We have had several suspension problems with our 2018 Forest River Surveyor, to the point that we had the entire system (springs, equalizers, shackles, etc.) replaced and reinforced by a trailer dealer in St. Charles, MO this past spring. Outside of a trip to southern Missouri, we hadn’t taken it on a trip until now. While in northwest Colorado, my husband noticed there was a problem. We stopped in Rangely but were told we needed to go Vernal. When we got to B&D RV Center, Rod was very helpful in assessing the situation, taking pictures and scheduling the repair work. The welder, showed us the breaks in the welds, where they bolted to thin metal instead of welding or reinforcing, and where the water lines and liner were singed. Cut to the chase, Cody was fantastic at welding and reinforcing everything correctly, Bill the mechanic, was diligent in making sure we had the right parts (springs, equalizers, etc) and everything was done correctly, Rod was great at managing resources and making sure we were taken care of to the point of letting us camp out in the lot for 3 nights. All of the staff were very kind and extremely helpful. It was a stressful 3 days, but filled with blessings beyond measure. Best RV company I have ever dealt with, you will not be disappointed; Although most of my experience within the RV industry can be characterized as 'over-promised and under-delivered', the team at B&D RV has been a welcome exception to the rule from the very beginning until the very end. Every branch of their company from the front desk, to sales, to finance, to the crew towing on the lot, has been overtly communicative, understanding, reasonable, and straight forward. Despite receiving higher offers on a trailer that I was trading for, the company held onto it for three weeks when it would have been easier to sell locally for more money, solely because they "had made a promise to me". The easy negotiations, the fair prices, and their flexibility on arranging the logistics of my interstate deal demonstrate a level of service that would make it worth paying twice the cost. When you also consider the fact that their prices and valuations were some of the better ones available, its no wonder that so much of their customer base travels to them from across the country. I live all the way out in Los Angeles, CA and if at all possible I will find a way to use this company in any future RV business I have.
