Tacos El Güero — Restaurant in Vernal

Decided to stop by this little taco/burger truck for a quick lunch. I got a double cheeseburger. As other reviews say, the cheeseburgers are actually pretty good. It reminds me slightly of In and Out burgers. I hear the Mexican food they have is pretty good too but I’ll have to try that next time. Prices aren’t terrible. The prices on the menu are what you pay, tax is already counted for. 5 stars for everything but there location/atmosphere. It shares a parking lot with a title loan company and the roads around it can get pretty busy at lunch time. Tacos El Guero is one of 2 good Taco Trucks in town. They are only open for lunch. Their Carnitas are fantastic. I usually order a Carnitas Quesadilla which is excellent. Food is decent but wildly overpriced. The tacos are your typical street taco size but over double the price. You can get street tacos for 1.50$ and these are 3.25$.
