A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Vernal

It's been years since I've eaten here, so when I pulled up, I needed a little time to look over the menu. I was prompted after 5 seconds of not giving an order "for help in finding something". It takes me more than 5 seconds to read the board. When I did put my order in, I was told they didn't have anything cooked that I ordered & was asked to adjust my order. I still had to wait for my new order to be cooked. So, why was I rushed to put in my order? There was no one in the drive through & the parking lot was not full. Would easily give this place a zero if possible. I waited almost a half hour tonight for a chicken sandwich a pot pie and and a drink (that they didn't give me) when I told them it was pretty ridiculous that I there was 4 cars behind me and we were all waiting as long as we had...the guy at the register said "if you dont want to wait so long, get an application and change it yourself"...thought after the remodel this place changed but not even remotely...do yourself a favor and avoid this place...

Was in the Vernon Utah KFC/ A& W the cashier was wonderful but their was a female employee yelling at another employee at the drive up window ( that goodness no cars ) this went on the entire time we where their , finally my husband said that's enough let's go , ( we weren't even finished) I told him go ahead , I spoke to the manager ( young lady) she told me oh well go someplace else ! I told her ok, AND WE HAVENT BEEN BACK SINCE ! PLUS, I REPORTED HER! LIKE SOMETHING GOING TO HAPPEN...
