Went into this location and was given a very rude reply from the manager about how they were no longer mattress firm. He argued about where the nearest location for their store was and was not at ALL interested in helping sort out my needs. Despite the fact he had no imither customers in the store.

I also found it strange that he give his own business a 5 star review on here.

Strongly suggest people go to a mattress firm store where you'll get better assistance and won't...

We purchased 6 mattresses at Mattress Warehouse in Vernon Hills today. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions (we had a lot - we were there for 1.5hrs.) We were fitted according to our sleep habits and even our youngest child’s wants were addressed! He never tried to oversell and spent more time educating us on all the different offerings out on the market. Super happy we chose Mattress Warehouse....
