Absolutely the most disrespectful rude crew of any store. Ever. Period. Marty who claimed they were the GM, who tailed me and my daughter around all night while we were shopping then refused to scan my gift cards because I was buying my two daughters cricut machines for Xmas and when I first walked in I asked if they could hold them up front and from that moment on they tailed us like we were stealing. It was disgusting and weird. When I went to pay I said I was using gift cards to pay and immediately they all started whispering and making it into a big deal. I was literally about to buy it for pick up but remembered I needed a couple things. She scanned one gift card and the $100 came off. Then she refused to scan the rest and kept saying they weren’t taking the gift cards cause they won’t scan. Marty became hostile and was acting like I was trying to rip them off. I even showed her on my credit card statement where I purchased my gift cards but I was talked to like I was a con artist. When my daughter and I walked out I gave her a piece of my mind and they all laughed like little 7th graders. I realized his problems are deeper than what I see on the surface. And that working in retail has me questioning my own sanity at times. I really contemplated on speaking my entire truth with X3 more attitude and X3 fun word choice right there in the spray paint section. But I didn't because I know the way things work especially being a minority covered in tattoos. I don't want to waste my time explaining the exact encounter but I made sure to tell his coworkers; fun fact they all think he's crazy. Read moreThe most rude and mouthy manager, Marty, I have ever met. Me and my mol were trying to buy using gift cards and there were 3 people all standing at the register as if one couldn’t do it. We had multiple gift cards and the whole time they were all side eyeing each other. The manager told my mom with such a rude attitude that it wasn’t working. We stood there for like 2 whole minutes while they listened to someone on their headset talk. She wouldn’t even scan the online gift cards. She talked to us like we’re trying to scam her.
