Old Navy — Local services in Vernon Hills

Not pleasant experience I had today with Jessica (sale person) in old navy. She didn't want to take my 50% off coupon on 1 item, she didn't know how to put it in their computer. Later, she said that coupn was used for 2 most expensive items. When I got the receipt and checked it I saw that she never took 50% off of any item I purchased. I came back and told her that. Jessica was very unhappy to see me coming back. She rolled her eyes, was making loud expiration and showed her not happ at all face expressions.. After all she gave me what I wanted, but I feel so bad to see people like her working...

DON’T BUY GIFTS HERE!

Bought a gift for my girlfriend here, she said the size was too small for her we went to trade it for the bigger option but they were all out. So we asked for store credit instead. Apparently during the 2 weeks of me buying it, the value of the item went down 30% and they couldn’t offer me a full refund…. Even thought I had the receipt with the exact price I paid for it.

My experience at Old Navy was good. Their clothes are of good quality and the store was clean. They had hand sanitizer avalible at the register which added another level of safety to the whole place.
