I hate to even give this company a one. Should be a minus 10. Ordered a microwave right after Thanksgiving. No special order, no custom. Did not get until February. Did need a special trim kit around. Cost $129.00 for service to measure. (why didn't they measure when they brought the new microwave?) The still had to pay for trim kit, but of course. The service person did not tell me he needed a credit card to order, just that it would take up to two weeks to get. After two weeks I asked what the status was. Suppose to get a call back. After another week and a phone call on my part, was told THEN they needed a CC, to prepay. Waited two more weeks, another call by me. They would look into. After another week passed, I called again. Was told it just come in that morning. Scheduled to have installed. When service person came on March 14th, the box said it arrived at Jetson's February 28th. No one bother to call and let me know. Ask to speak to a manager. Never got a phone call back. Emailed NEVER got an email back. No apology. 5 months to get a micro wave put in. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO COURTESY.    Read moreI bought my dryer thru badcocks furniture about 2 years ago called the warranty department cause the dryer wasn't heating they set up an appointment thru Jestons service center Jestons called and confirm appointment from 9am till 11am I was told that I was the first appointment the tech doesn't get to my house until 945am tells me that the dryer has a bad heating element and that he thought there was some at the shop he would call me around 3pm to let me know if they had one and he would come back and put in at 430 I called the service center back and they tell me that they don't keep them in stock and it's going to take 7 to 10 business days to get it in. For $85 they told me this washer is a POS, needs a new motor and drum for $600. So for $300 I have a POS washer that doesn't work, and had to pay for them to tell me the POS they sold me was a POS. I asked if they could help me out on allowing some credit on a new unit, they looked at me as if I was insane and said, "not on a used washer".
