I was looking for a salon after a disaster with my hair, breakage, lost of hair, horrible experience with another salon. My daughter in law suggested I try Bono, I made an appt with Nicole who was exceptional conservative with my hair and helped me restore it. I than had an emergency situation and Kinsey stepped in. She's gun and FABULOUS, she took my hair from just brown to these amaxing highlights. I then asked if they had a curly hair specialist, and comes in Jennifer. Wow, so amaxing. She took time to get to know my curls, she looked at pictures for me and did such an amaxing job. She knows cruly hair like no body's business. I had tears in my eyes when she was done. I'd let any of the girls work on my hair with complete confidence. I must say if you have curly hair Jennifer is your go to girl, what a great. She confidant in het gift, and I appreciate that. I'm due for a term, looking forward to it. Btw, there also a young man there, forgive me I forget his name, but I understand from Jennifer that he's a natural. I'm looking for eye lash extensions, I'm hoping they provide that service. I'll be calling tomorrow for an appt, I've been thier client since last year. The atmosphere is excellent, the place us welcoming, the staff, I have no words to describe how awesome they are. Oh, the have two late nights how great is that!! I'm thrilled with this place. Excellent products and customer service, needless to say yes it's pricy but we'll worth...

I HIGHLY recommend Alexa Marcellaro! She's been my daughters' stylist for years and I should have messaged her right from the start. Unfortunately, I thought I'd save a buck and went to a stylist friend for botched balayage. :( Knowing Alexa was booked up, I tried getting into a different well-known salon here in town to fix it. They literally turned me away saying my hair was nearly unsalvageable and that they couldn't tackle it before my daughter's wedding the following month. I was told that it would take several appointments to correct the damage and that it definitely would not be anything like the example photo I had brought in. I was in tears! I messaged Alexa in a panic for a consultation just to see if I should shave my head. She shoved me in for a consult, assured me my hair was fine, that my example photo was obtainable AND was able to work me in before my daughter's wedding! :) My hair looks great and feels healthy as well. Lesson learned - book early! She's worth it!...

Brought my teen daughter here and was sadly disappointed. We arrived about 10 min early & waited until our appt time (no issue there). I had brought my laptop to work and settled in while they took her back. 20 min latter I was surprised for her to tell me they were done! 20 min for a wash, cut, & blow dry! Her expression was concerned so I quietly asked her what was wrong, "Mom, it's not even." Sure enough, it was very lopsided. I encouraged her to tell the stylist. When she did, the stylist insisted it was only because my daughter had to look over her shoulder to see it (even though she was using mirrors) and it didn't need to be fixed. I had to step in and insist it be fixed - the uneven cut was obvious. Less than three minutes later, the stylist insisted it was fixed. Not what I would have expected for a $70+ cut (my daughter has long hair, so there is an up-charge). In the end, it was OK, but not...
