This Vero Beach establishment has the dubious honor of having the biggest crook in Indian River County for an owner. Sandy will lie to you directly to your face, even getting her own children into the act. If you purchase furniture from her, she'll deliver it damaged - or will deliver an item that you didn't purchase, then will claim it's what you bought. Look at her invoices. There's no description on them. Unless you photograph your purchase, you'll have no proof and there you'll be with whatever poor-quality piece of trash Sandy has found in her storeroom that she wants to get rid of. Only purchase from Sandy's if you can carry the your purchase with you. Oh wait, I forgot! The employees are so completely bored that they move every piece of furniture in the store twice or more per week, thus everything is already damaged. You have no recourse. Buy from someone else. Very very disappointed in the customer service offered to me. I had called regarding an issue I was having with some wicker chairs that I had purchased several years ago and thought were covered under my warranty. Much to my surprise everything on the chair was covered except for the wicker. How could that be? To me if you purchase a warranty, issues such as damage to the wicker should be covered. However the service that Sandy’s offered me was unsatisfactory. They suggested I go and buy paint touchup to cover the peeling wicker. When I asked where I Could buy such a thing the answer was wherever. Not the answer I was looking for and certainly not one to help my dilemma. Unfortunately, the vero consumer review is same experience I am having with this company. Huge run around and delays from a defective table and after 3.5 months of being lied to and mixed stories (thankfully I documented each phone call & conversation), I no longer want the table or have anything to do with this company. Sandy is refusing a refund. If there were negative stars, that is what I would be using. and yes, kids telling one thing and Sandy another. Be very careful buying anything that may need replaced under warranty.
