This is the second time I had visited this ice cream shop. this was a wonderful experience on its own. You get to watch your deserve being made right before your eyes oh, that's something you really don't see in most places. It's almost like hibachi for ice cream lovers. Here they serve fresh rolled ice cream and you can customize it to your liking or choose from the selection of already picked roll ups. It only took a mer 5 minutes for my order to be made, granted I also came on a quieter day. My first time I came I came with three other people and it took about 20 minutes for order to be finished, but the place was also packed as well. So to have our order out in 20 minutes and there is at least 10 people in front of us was pretty quick for me. The atmosphere is classy trendy. Customer service is great and I noticed that each guest I walk out the door they took out a moment to tell them to have a great day as they walked out the door. It's a nice atmosphere to hang out with friends or even catch up on emails. I thought the chopping of the ice cream would bother me but it's actually kind of soothing. Today I tried the green tea roll ups which was new for me, but I enjoyed every bite. What a great addition...

Definitely the placed to go for your favorite icecream treat. Clean and Paul was verry helpful. The place was packed from the time we got there until the time we left. Delicious, handmade and many combinations to choose from. My favorite... Butterfinger! Unfortunately, and this is the reason I'm writing this review, no one was telling the customers that they MUST wear a mask inside!!! 5 minutes after I walked in, a family of 7 arrived. Not one of them was wearing a mask and no one told them they needed to. South of us, St. Lucie County, just 'decriminalized' the mask mandate that charged violators $25. That still, definitely, doesn't make it OK to not wear a mask. I feel the owner should be socially responsible for the customers who DO wear masks and offer masks to the customers that don't have one. I feel that if they refuse to wear one, they should be refused service and asked to leave. You're doing a great job making your employees wear masks, now show Vero you are concerened for the rest of us and WANT us to be safe if we visisit your business.

Read moreTheir icecream is delicious, but lately I've been drinking their boba tea and it's the best I've ever had. The bobas are the right consistency and the tea to ice ratio is perfect. I had the peach tea for the first time today and it is my new favorite.
As for the Nick guy leaving a bad review over a few customers not wearing masks, I hope my review cancels his out. How could someone leave a bad review on a small business trying to do their best in this tough economy? Not all customers are going to wear masks, do you really expect the workers to tell them to leave and possibly lose business? If people not wearing masks bothers you, why don't you be the bigger man and tell them to mask up, yourself, without expecting hard working employees to fight your battles for you?
