There are a few employees that work here that I really like. And that is the reason I’m giving 3 stars. The food and everything is great. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I order through the app I don’t get my sandwich.. whether I show up at the store or send someone to go get it.. then when I call because I’m usually ordering from work, nobody answers the phone... I’m not one to complain and I’m ok with mistakes and just having it fixed but when you just refuse to answer the phone it really makes me mad... because I have learned that if I don’t get my stuff it is impossible to get it refunded to me through the online ordering.. I stopped eating there for about 6 months because of this, but decided to do it today because I love the menu, and the same thing.. they tried to tell me it was because the person picking up for me told them that I had a different smoothie. Listen, I work in the food industry and I know that you get a print out of what is on my order.. honestly, had it just been the wrong smoothie I wouldn’t have even cared because I like most of the smoothies and stuff happens, but when I repeatedly don’t get my food that I paid for and have to then leave my job to get it fixed because nobody answers the phone it...

Absolutely A B Y S S M A L experience here. Tried to order through app - error on last page of checkout. Tried to order through website - error on last page of checkout. Tried to call in order - they don't accept call in orders, tell you to order online. BBQ Quesadilla on website for this location, girl at front desk tells me it's no longer available. Didn't ring up meal correctly, overcharged for smoothie+quesadilla. Didn't provide straws for smoothies. Didn't provide carrier for 4 smoothies. Didn't label smoothies. Who had Island Green? Who had DETOX Island Green? WHO KNOWS!??? COULDN'T REMEDY ANY OF THESE THINGS IN STORE BECAUSE THEY'RE SO UNDERSTAFFED THAT NO ONE WOULD COME TO THE COUNTER TO ASSIST LINE OF CUSTOMERS. Phone rings and the employees yells 'Oh my freaking God!' because they have no one available to pick it up, let alone help the customers in store already.
