The first time I had a problem here the drive thru worker had wrote down my debit card information on a piece of paper and tried to hide it. I asked for the supervisor...a lady named neomi came to me claiming she is the supervisor, arguing with me saying. The girl didn't do it. I reported the incident to corporate, the next day the owner looked at the cameras...and the girl did write down my card information. She was fired on the spot. Well......TODAY. Dec. 2, 2020 was my first day coming back to this location since the incident.
I figured management had changed. I was wrong. Super happy. Holidays. Farmer's it is. I placed my order in the drice thru. But wanted to place a second order spending more of MY hard earned money. They ignored me on the speaker...saying..hello...hello...for 5 minutes. I had even got out of my car to speak directly into the speaker...in the freezing cold. They still ignore me. After several minutes of sitting waiting for a responce....yelling at the top of my lungs. Causing my CHEST to HURT. i honk my harn to see if possibly maybe...they turned the speaker off and could hear my horn, then... turn it on to hear me.
I walk to the window (out of my car....the lady tells me, my car is to far from the speaker and slams the window in my face. I then walk back to my car... Drive to the window. Honk my horn. The lady Neomi, who called me a liar before...comes to the window and says... "What is wrong with YOU PEOPLE!". I ask her for her name and a supervisor. She refused to give me her name and slammed the window in my face. She comes back to the window saying... She is calling the police. Because I asked her for her name and a supervisor. 😐 And that she is not giving me my order. Which by this time...i no longer trusted accepting the food to begin with.
The people in my car were like...."im not accepting food from this place. No way. Let's find somewhere else to eat. Everytime we come here...they are rude for no reason.".
Me, being a triple business owner, I pull around and go inside of the establishment. As an employee of someones company, you DO NOT treat customers that way.
I waited until they were done servicing another customer. Then.... Neomi comes around raising her voice...like she owns the place. "What do you WANT!?".
I ask her for her name. She says... "You dont need my name". Mind you...this is all because i wanted to spend MORE money and place ANOTHER* order. The cooks looked at her like she was crazy...and one was like.... "If she wants your name you have to give her your name." Then rolled his eyes at her.
She writes her name down on a piece of paper and slams it on the counter. I pick up the paper and turn to the first person who took my order in the first place. I ask her for her name. Neomi says...."YOU DONT NEED HER NAME!".
The lady then starts talking to me like I was not a customer...saying..."I had already got your order anyways....why did you need to talk back into the speaker in the first place!". I said..... "So that's why you ignored me...because you felt I was done ordering?". She says.... "Well...yes!"
So.......she infact DID hear me...she was ignoring me because she felt i was done ordering. 😐
She then says...."I couldn't hear you. Your car was to far from the speaker." I respond saying...
"My car was not far from the speaker, AND i also got OUT OF MY CAR TO TALK Directly INTO the speaker." She looks at Neomi...and Neomi looks at her confused and says...."I didnt know you got out of your car to speak directly into the speaker"... Both looking dumb founded. The other girl then says... "Oh. I didnt know you got out of your car to speak into the speaker either". Then they both turned away looking idiotic and unprofessional.
As the people in my car also stated...everytime they even go (not with me) , they also have a problem with this one specific lady. Neomi.
I will no longer go to this establishment again, I will also contact corporate.
There is no way....a customer should have a half HEART ATTACK in the drive thru from trying to spend MORE MONEY...
Read moreThis is my first time at a farmer boys. It didn't exactly live up to its reputation.
We ordered indoors and the service was adequate. The cashiers did take the orders pretty quickly, but it took 10 minutes to get my order which is not excessive, but given how few people were in the restaurant and given how not hot the food was when it arrived, this was disappointing. The fries were lukewarm and the burger was cool enough that the cheese didn't melt. The bun was also a bit stale, ended up eating just the patty and was tempted to have them nuke it just so it was hot. The soda was brixed properly and tasted good, but this location only has Pepsi products and I despise pepsi. Thankfully they had lemonade. There was plenty of seating and to their credit all the tables and chairs were clean.
The employees were nice but not in a way that makes them stand out. In a way they were just not rude, if you know what I mean.
There is plenty of parking in the lot so that was nice.
One gripe is that when we were in the restaurant they decided to clean the bathrooms. However they close both at the same time and the woman took her Maritime and cleaning while people were waiting. This may be an individual who with poor work ethic but this is a location fairly close to the freeway and a lot of people stopped in clearly to use the bathroom and order food.
It is what it is, but in my experience Farmer Boys, at least this...
Read moreJust went through the drive-thru at 5:42pm and right from the start the customer service was subpar. Felt like I was rushed a little to get through my order. When I arrived at the window, was met with a slight attitude, no smile. Paid for my order, then was asked to pull forward to wait. I was told to pull in the front of the parking lot, as I drove around the parking lot was full so I found what was open. I saw the employee come out the door she could not see my car, so I flagged her down by waving. As she brought me my order I was slightly scolded about parking in the (ONE) reserve parking space for drive- thru customers for the next time. I was not told that at the window. Didn’t even know it existed. Maybe next time right down a description of the customers car just in case that (ONE) reserve space is taken. I’m going through the drive through for a reason. I don’t go to Farmer Boys a lot so receiving customer service like this makes it hard for me to return seeing as there are so many other dining options close by. In all the customer service...
