   Read moreI won’t buy from this jeweler ever again. I ordered a ring and earrings for my wife for valentines. The earrings had to be changed from rubies to emeralds which we knew in advance the ring was prepared to take home. The people there told me that it would take about 2 weeks to get the switch made. 11 weeks later we got a call mentioning that the earrings were finally done. This truly wasn’t an issue for me neither for my wife! The real reason was the terrible way they communicated. We called there several times to get updates and we were told either they will be ready in a couple of days or someone will call you back shortly in which no one ever did. This happened too many times so I had to go there and speak with the manager. Instead of taking responsibility she passed the buck to her employees saying they should have been more responsive about the matter. I as a retired manager of multiple employees offered her a better approach to running the business to avoid this issue in the future. We kinda went back and forth which led me to believe that she had her method already intact but if that were the case I wouldn’t have been there to discuss what was to take 2 week versus 11 weeks later. I could see that this problem was an easy fix to avoid for future customers. I really didn’t want other customers to go through what we experienced but it went in one ear and out the other and I could tell that I wasn’t appreciated as a valued customer. I hate the fact that I’m probably one of the first reviewers posting terrible content but I don’t want anyone to experience this type of poor communication as we did.
