Roshini at Victor Valley Mall is amazing! My husband and I went into Zales just to "look" at rings and with no intentions of buying. Roshini was more than happy to help us look. She helped me to pick the type of ring that I might be interested in. First, we determined the cut of the diamond, then the size (2 carots) and setting that appealed to me, showing me different styles and options along the way. She also let us know about Zales 30% discount special, as well as the 18-month payment plan (an option we always enjoy). Roshini took the time to explain the difference between diamonds vs. lab diamonds, the 4-C's and even showed us the differences between different diamonds. I went to Zales in Victorville CA to purchase a gift for my wife. I was greeted warmly by a jewelry consultant named Roshini. She asked if she could help me and I told her I was looking for a piece of jewelry with pearls and diamonds which is the recommended choice of a 30th anniversary gift. She walked me to a display case and showed me several pieces. I made my decision is less than a minute. When you know, you know. I selected a beautiful gold necklace with a pearl surrounded by diamonds. She retrieved the piece and offered me a seat at her work station. She entered a few key strokes on the computer and told me the necklace was on sale. In addition, I took advantage of the military discount for additional savings.
