Buckle — Local services in Vienna

I’ve had really good experiences here but yesterday was not one of them. I don’t know the girls name but she had brown hair and said she was a gymnast. I went in on my 24th birthday to get some new jeans as a gift from my boyfriend. I walked in and was looking and she came up and asked what I was looking for. I asked for buckle black size 29 Skinny jeans, which is exactly what I had on when I walked in. She grabbed some and said “I’m gonna size you down” and I already knew it wasn’t going to go well. She grabbed me size 27 and 28 skinny jeans and other mom fit ones (which is not the style I asked for) and they were not my size either Obviously nothing fit when I tried them on which made me feel terrible about myself and uncomfortable. I walked out of the fitting room grabbed my purse, she’s asked how they were and I said they didn’t fit and left. Omg! That’s probably the BEST buckle I’ve ever been to! I forget the assistant managers name but she AWESOME!!!! If it wasn’t for her I would have ended up with the wrong jeans for my type of body. The outfits she helped me decide on make me feel very confident in myself and I’m NOT a confident person at all! She needs a raise or something or an employee of the year. She didn’t seem like I was getting on her nerves like other stores do. She helped and answered with EVERYTHING I was having trouble with! She isn’t judgmental. She understands! Love shopping at Buckle... love the selection of clothes, but one sales associate rubbed me wrong... I know how sales work... I know how commission works... but when you buy something off a sales rack, you see what the price is, why would they cut off the price tag, and charge me $15.00 more.... shirt was marked $25 on clearance rack, but then she cut my tag off and charged me $39.99 simple math could only set in perspectives of what might be going on here... just saying... pay attention. Look at your receipt and tags...
