Terrible customer service, I'm a personal trainer who moved into the area. Decided I needed a new power rack, came here for a deal they were having, they didn't have any in stock had to special order. After talking to 4 people I finally found somebody who could special order it (and that took another 35 minutes). They took a 200$ deposit and said we will call you, they called once I missed it and I called back but they couldn't figure out why I was called. That was 3 weeks ago, today I get called and told I forfeited my deposit cause I never came in and picked up my power rack, " we tried calling you multiple times." I gave the buisness my company number, I don't get called by 304 numbers cause I'm not local I only ever got the 1 call and I called back but was told nothing. If you make it that long then once inside you think to yourself what the hell are they locking up? It sure isn't cleanliness. The soap was empty, the paper towel holder was ripped off the wall and the toilets weren't that clean. You would think a locked restroom would be cleaned and locked to maintain it. You may think this is trivial but when people shop for awhile and spend money then they appreciate a clean restroom. Lots of people have bathroom urgencies. Please. Clean up your restroom and unlock the doors. I know some people are slobs but we shouldn't be punished for them. Read moreThis is an update on a 5 year old review. On 6/26/25, I went in with a kayak already picked out on the website and coupon ready to go. I asked a clerk for assistance, and within 1 minute, a guy was there and cheerfully took the 10 foot kayak from the wall rack. He carried it all the way to the register and waited while it was rung up. With my $120 discount, he carried it out and loaded the kayak in the back of my truck. Then he asked if I had it from there. I should have thought to give a tip. Thanks for the top-notch service!
