I wish it was possible to rate 0 stars. At the end of March I spent over $100 on a large mirror and was not able to bring it home because my car does not have enough room. Today I called to come pick it up and they told me they do not have my mirror. I have called multiple people and I just keep getting transferred to someone else who says there's nothing they can do. This is ridiculous. They believe someone may have put the mirror back and sold it to enough customer. If so, why can't I get my money back for a mirror I bought. They are beyond rude and unhelpful. What a wonderful store. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. Nice quality items, I purchased with a nice island/bar type table. My first piece of furniture for my new home. It's a bit pricey for my budget. I will buy one piece at a time until I have what I really want. I won't settle for something that's just ok this time. We were heartbroken after Pier 1 closed. There’s not a lot of places to shop for cool kitschy home furnishings around here. It’s surprising because Viera such an up and coming community.
