Another favorite department store. They offer affordable brand name clothing, household items, toys, shoes, jewelry and perfume. Always find fantastic deals on clearance racks in the misses dept. Vera Wang, ELLE, Loran Conrad, J Lo, etc for deep discounted prices on clearance. I like expensive brand name clothes, shoes, handbags and perfume but never pay the full retail prices here. Staff and management are always friendly and helpful and work to resolve any issues you may have regarding price discrepancies, returns, etc. They are also willing to hold items for you if necessary. The jewelry counter employees are always willing to ring up other items to purchase if register lines are long, or if you have other items to purchase with your jewelry items. Jewelry counter employees are very friendly and go out of their way to try and service watches or change batteries for you (for watches purchased through them) and will go above and beyond to find someone to help, if they’re not able to succeed in their attempts, until the job is complete. Overall good quality items, good selection of products, good prices, helpful friendly staff and management. Excellent operating hours for late night shoppers. Good discount offers with coupons and stackable with Kohls cash earned. Drawback is no one is ever in the shoe DEPT to assist you, and they’ve apparently changed they’re rewards program and don’t offer regular rewards anymore after purchases are made. Also always had to call their rewards program after making a large purchase to have them apply the points to my account for rewards when it should have been automatic. The points from my purchase would never appear in my Yes2Rewards account. Small detail but still annoying and had to spend time rectifying the problem every time I made a purchase. Read moreI went to go get birthday present for a friend of mine son and I asked a few times for a gift receipt and she didn't answer me and I read the screen and it asked me if I wanted a gift receipt and there was a button under it sooo I tapped on it and she said in a louder voice what did you do, it messed up my computer and it made it freeze. I asked you for a gift receipt and you didn't answer me after three times and I saw a button that asked if I wanted a gift receipt so I tapped it. We had to go to a different checkout and do it over. I did ask three times for a gift receipt and I still didn't get a gift receipt after all that. I dislike leaving messages like this and I feel like no one cares anyways. She didn't care about how she treated me. " I'm so nice I apologized to everyone for holding up the line. She still shouldn't have yelled at me." 🤔 So I told my friends 14 teen year old son if he needed to take the shirts back that I have the receipt and will keep it for a while. Read moreReview July 2024: I know Kohls has had some bad financial issues as a company, but wow the associates to the manager have become super rude and give you a look like you are a criminal. What happen in six years to make this place a hostile environment for customers? I am cancelling my kohls card and boycotting buying anything from here ever again. (Their behaviors in the last three months when I try to get things has been unwelcoming to say the least). I can see why they are trying so hard to keep Amazon returns and Sephora in their stores to try and stay afloat. With how bad the manager and associates are, no one wants to even think of coming in this hell zone.
Review from 2016: The selection of stuff in the store is usually not what I need. The manager and couple of associates are down to earth though at this store and go the extra mile to help you find things. The manager is one of the nicest lady's I have seen when it comes to customer service.
