Ken Giddon sets the standard for excellent and efficient customer satisfaction as far as I'm concerned. 😊 I somehow booked a consultation one day off and showed up today for my 3PM (scheduled for tomorrow) just as he was about to head out!

He had dropped me an email just moments ago, probably as I was parking my car in the iconic One Boniface Circle of Scarsdale. I walked in thinking I'm right on time 😂 he was more than accommodating - he and his lovely assistant jumped right into to help meet my needs & understand my fashion goals.

I 100% wouldn't have minded returning the next day, and this stroke-of-luck timing may not always precipitate such a positive interaction (ie: good thing he didn't need to be anywhere important), but regardless his level of accomodation & care is unmatched to any mens retail buying experience I've had to date 💯👏

Rothman's is that store that magically has both (i) exactly what you were looking for, but weren't going to buy online because, you know, the good stuff often needs alterations, and you're the kind of person who tries things on and wants an honest take, and (ii) staff who can suggest new/different pieces to punch it up or round it out or add the perfect accent.
