Nobody greets you when you walk in the store, managers just stand around and talk. After over 10 mins of waiting in line I finally asked the only girl working the register. The manager stepped in and said after 4 people get in line then they open an additional register. Keep in mind, this whole time there are 3 people in mind and the one person working the register seems to be struggling with the transaction, hence why we are still waiting. Finally an additional family joins the line, and the manager looks at me and says “now I will open the register” gee thanks after 20 minutes of waiting. Will not be returning. I have to say I was very disappointed with my experience. I bought my daughter two pairs of jeans for the BOGO free special. I had it pick up at the store to save in shipping. I buy two pairs of jeans and the get an email that one of the pairs was unavailable and they canceled the order. So I get one pair of jeans. When I go to the store to pick them up, the staff was not helpful beyond “ yeah they canceled it, because like stuff gets sold”. I wanted to see if I could get another pair to replace the canceled pair. Again no help. My daughters likes their jeans and that’s the only reason I will go back there. Staff...
