Love the pretzels hate the service at this place called night before for an order for a party to be picked up at 7am when my daughter and husband went to pick up was told we didn’t put it in ! When my daughter described the person who took the order they knew exactly who it was and proceeded to ignore my daughter and tell her there was no order and didn’t even attempt to try to fix it Oh we just show up at places at 7am claiming we put orders in. !!!! so now I’m left without a tray for the party !!! It was okay, I've been to many of these restuarants and they have always given me the option to take pretzels from the case or wait until the next batch comes out of the oven. They are supposed to have fresh pretzels come out every 12 minutes. This location did not do that and the case pretzels were slightly over cooked and not so fresh. Still...
